1. Orders placed will be sent the next following weekday.
2. DIY Supply will package the goods to the best of our ability.
3. DIY Supply does not take responsibility for damage caused by the courier driver but can assist in resolving the matter.

1. Delivery options are depot only unless other arrangements have been made with DIY Supply
2. DIY Supply will try to get your goods packaged and to PBT as quickly as possible, but please allow a couple of days for packaging and transporting to the PBT depot.
3. DIY Supply does not accept responsibility for damage caused by our carrier of choice, but we will assist in resolving the issue.
4. Tracking code can be provided upon request.
5. Please call the depot before collecting so that you can make the appropriate arrangements.
6. PBT can forklift the goods onto your trailer – if that isn’t possible due to the trailer then it will be up to you to hand load it. It is up to PBT’s discretion if they would like to help you hand load. So please be prepared to load yourself.

3. Our carrier uses large trucks to deliver and so if the driver feels your driveway is not truck accessible, then they will deliver to the roadside. It is up to their discretion if they will help carry down the driveway. Please be prepared to carry the goods down the drive on your own.
4. Our carrier typically only sends one driver for deliveries. This means there needs to be adequate people on site to help unload.
5. If the first delivery is unsuccessful due to their being inadequate people on site, then you will be charged again for a re-delivery.
6. Furniture movers’ collection times can vary depending on when a truck is coming through Hamilton.
7. Furniture movers’ delivery times can vary depending on when a truck has enough of a load to go to your area.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pick up hours are between 8am-4.30pm weekdays and 9am-2pm Saturday.
2. If the item/s are large and heavy please let us know a date that you will be in so that we can make sure plenty of staff are here.
3. If Collecting on a Saturday please bring extra help to load as there is only one employee on a Saturday.
4. Small carpet squares can be provided but any additional packaging required is your responsibility to bring. We do have tie downs for sale but it is recommended that you bring plenty of your own.

1. DIY Supply will only assist in unloading onto the ground next to the truck/trailer – unless agreed upon prior to delivery.
2. We will typically only send one driver to deliver and so for most items at least one other person will need to be onsite to help unload.
3. If no additional person is onsite or the additional person/persons are unable to lift their end and it is unsafe for our driver to unload on his own, then we will return to our yard. If you require us to deliver again, freight will be charged again.
4. The freight charge will not be refunded for an unsuccessful delivery.
